Jason has worked in financial services for over 25 years, with most of that time spent as a paraplanner supporting advisers and clients. He began his career with Standard Life before moving into smaller, boutique financial planning firms, which gave him a broad range of experience across different environments and client needs.
Jason holds the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and as a paraplanner, he supports advisers by carrying out technical research, analysis and report writing to help deliver clear, well‑structured financial advice.
He plays a key role behind the scenes, ensuring recommendations are accurate, compliant and aligned with client objectives, allowing advisers to focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Outside of work, Jason is a keen drummer and enjoys playing and watching music whenever he gets the chance.He is also a passionate film enthusiast and loves creating a great home cinema experience.
